1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or participating in fundraising campaigns, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Nature of Business

CommuniTea supplies packaged dried fruit and tea products.
20% of the retail sale price (excluding delivery costs) is automatically allocated to the nominated fundraising campaign chosen by the customer at checkout.

Important: These contributions are not tax-deductible donations, as Better Lifestyle Pty Ltd is not a registered charity. Funds are distributed as commercial support payments to the nominated campaign organisers.

3. Products & Food Safety

  • All products are manufactured and packed by approved suppliers in compliance with the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code.
  • Ingredients, allergens, and nutritional information are provided on each pack.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and allergen statements before purchase.
  • CommuniTea accepts no liability for reactions caused by undisclosed allergies, misuse, or improper storage of food products.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is accepted via approved gateways (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard).
  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices and offers at any time.

5. Refunds & Returns

We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products — no questions asked. If an item arrives broken, spoiled, or unusable, we will send a replacement or provide a refund.

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), customers may be required to cover freight for returning goods. However, CommuniTea waives this right and covers both return and replacement freight costs.

6. Campaigns

  • Campaign organisers are responsible for the accuracy of their campaign information.
  • CommuniTea may suspend or remove campaigns that are misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate.
  • We do not guarantee campaign success or fundraising outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommuniTea excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, products, or campaign platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Intellectual Property

CommuniTea™ and the CommuniTea Fundraising Platform are owned and operated by Better Lifestyle Pty Ltd (ACN 135 728 433). All content, trademarks, and materials remain our property. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute materials without prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Personal information is collected and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
